Jordan Beal
Jordan is a Management Information Systems major at the University of Georgia, who actively contributes to both her college and local community. Within her college community, Jordan is a dedicated member of Rescue Paws and Georgia Daze. As an advisory board member of Georgia Daze, Jordan plays an integral role on the event planning committee. Additionally, she devotes her time to the Haven Memory Care of Athens, providing support and care to individuals with memory impairments. With her vibrant spirit and eagerness to serve, Jordan is a valuable asset to any community she is a part of.
Ava Brown
Ava Brown is pursuing a degree in Data Science at Stanford University with a keen interest in utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop adaptive algorithms based on customer data. Ava's passion for mathematics has been evident through her internship experience at Mathleague.org. To further expand her practical skills and knowledge, Ava has secured an upcoming internship at Milliman, where she will be part of the Life and Annuity Predictive Analytics team. Outside of academics and professional pursuits, Ava actively engages with her community through involvement in various organizations. She participates in TEDxStanford, where she collaborates with other students to organize thought-provoking events and share innovative ideas.
Ornel Djomo
Ornel Djomo is a driven and motivated student at Howard University, pursuing a degree in Information Systems. With a passion for technology and business, he is constantly seeking opportunities to develop his skills and make a positive impact in the industry. Recently, Ornel took on a leadership role in a management information systems presentation project, demonstrating his outstanding leadership skills and attention to detail. He collaborated with his team to develop an innovative solution for a real-world business problem, drawing upon his technical knowledge and creative problem-solving abilities. In addition to his academic pursuits, Ornel is actively involved in extracurricular activities, including volunteering for community organizations and mentoring younger students. He is committed to making a difference in his community and using his skills to make a positive impact in the world.
Julius Glover
Julius Glover is not only a marketing major at Susquehanna University but also a leader, an innovator, and a creative. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, he's experienced significant growth and development as an independent and sociable individual. Julius is especially active on campus: Vice President of the Black Student Union, a mentor for first-year students through SUConnects, and an outreach coordinator for the Violence Intervention and Prevention center. He has also received a prestigious and competitive fellowship known as the Eric Stein Fund, where Julius will complete a fully funded International Internship experience in Singapore this upcoming summer. Overall, Julius has strong character and leadership traits that have carried him and will continue to in his future endeavors.
Miles Magruder
Miles Magruder is majoring in Computer Science at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. His journey towards academic and professional growth began in the summer of 2021 when he secured his first job at Taco Bell. This experience provided him with valuable real-world exposure and developed his skills in customer service and teamwork. Prior to his employment, Miles dedicated his time as a volunteer at his local library for a remarkable period of two years, from June 2018 to August 2020. In his first semester of college, Miles maintained a commendable 3.0 GPA, showcasing his ability to adapt to the demands of higher education. As Miles continues his studies in Computer Science, he is poised to expand his knowledge and skills in the field.
Julian McCoy
Julian McCoy is a marketing major attending the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK). He immersed himself in various student organizations, recognizing the importance of networking and personal growth. Julian joined the American Marketing Association (AMA), where he actively participates in the AMAze Team, collaborating on marketing initiatives for local gas station Weigel's. Julian's involvement in the Diverse Organization of Business Students (DOBS) and Brothers United in Excellence (BUE) further showcases his dedication to fostering diversity and inclusivity within the business community. Academically, Julian's commitment to excellence has earned him a well-deserved spot on the dean's list, highlighting his dedication and hard work. Additionally, he has embraced the opportunity to broaden his horizons through studying abroad. Julian's recent experience in Costa Rica during UTK's Winter mini-term reflects his desire to explore new cultures and gain a global perspective.
