Pinning Ceremony
The 2022 ELC Scholar Pinning Ceremony opened the weeklong Honors Symposium. This inaugural ceremony welcomed Scholars into The Executive Leadership Community and reaffirmed The ELC’s commitment to cultivating Black talent. Scholars were pinned by ELC Members and Corporate Sponsors who have demonstrated Black Excellence and achieved top performance in their careers.
